Recently, Nanjing Jusha Display Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jusha”) successfully obtained the national “High-tech Enterprise” qualification certificate (certificate No.: GR201832006630) released by Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province, Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province and State Administration of Taxation of Jiangsu Province, which marked that Jusha passed the review of national “high-tech enterprise” in 2018 after certification in 2012 and 2015.
High-tech enterprises refer to the resident enterprises that register in China for over one year and carry out continuous research and development and transformation of technological achievements and form core proprietary intellectual property rights in the “high-tech fields supported by the state”. They carry out operation activities based on the property rights. In July 2018, Jusha established the “ Special Group for High-tech Enterprise Certification” (cover various business departments such as R&D Department, Finance Department, and Business Department) and launched high-tech enterprise declaration work.
